Come and learn a new skill in my workshop in the beautiful Nantlle Valley.
Glass bead making day workshops available for one-to-one learning or for two people. Perfect for beginners.
£120 for one person
£170 for a pair, taking it in turns to use the torch. Bring a friend!
Roughly 5 1/2 hours, including a break for lunch
This workshop will cover the basics of bead-making on a torch (lampworking), and give you the opportunity to create your own unique beads. You'll have the benefit of a fully kitted-out studio and ten years of bead-making experience while I guide you through the process. You'll leave with some beautiful and interesting beads, as well as an excellent foundation in a new skill.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided throughout the day, but please bring your own packed lunch as there aren't many locations locally to buy food. There is a kitchen with facilities (microwave, toaster, fridge) if you would rather bring something to heat up.

Times are approximate as I will work to your pace, and make sure you're happy with everything you've made before finishing for the day.

This is to pay the full price of a glass bead making day workshop for one person. The one-to-one days offer you more time to experiment with different techniques and perhaps try more complicated designs if you want.
The day length is approximately 5 hours 10:30-4:30, with a 45minute lunch break. These times are flexible and may run slightly over to let you complete each stage. I will provide tea, coffee and biscuits but please bring your own lunch.
